About LRCA

LRCA stands for Lake Region Christian Assembly, but we fondly call her Camp LRCA. Since our inception in 1925, to our move on the shores of Cedar Lake, Indiana, and finally to our current location, Camp LRCA has been bringing people closer to King Jesus. It is supported and staffed by a fellowship of Christian Churches and Churches of Christ in the NW Indiana and Chicagoland areas. Over its 91 years, LRCA has introduced thousands of people of all ages to King Jesus, helping them deepen their faith, and helping many make a commitment to full-time Christian service.

LRCA relocated to rural Crown Point, Indiana, in 1977. Our 140-acre campus allows us to serve an assortment of non-profit organizations, schools, and churches of many denominations. LRCA has been host to a myriad of camps, retreats, single-day events, and special programs.

LRCA is a great place to grow spiritually, physically, and emotionally. Come camp with us: learn archery, play paintball, go swimming, and enjoy hayrides with us.  There’s something here for everybody!
